Delivery Timeframes
We ship worldwide and you can find our delivery timeframes, order cut-off times and prices here
You can select which country you're having your parcel delivered to from the drop-down.
Tracking
We'll send you email updates once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order via your account page under 'Orders'.
Delays
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If you're shopping internationally, please don't be alarmed if your order takes a little bit longer to be dispatched.
Please note, delivery timeframes are in working days unless otherwise specified. Don't forget, you can check the ETA at checkout for an estimated delivery date.
If you're shopping internationally, your delivery may be subject to customs fees, so please check to see if you've been contacted as your parcel could be delayed if there is a pending payment.
Not going to be in?
A lot of the carriers we use provide options for delivery such as a safe place, neighbours or re-delivery to another date or parcel shop location. If this is available for your delivery, you'll be able to find this on the carrier website or app.
Can't find your parcel?
If your parcel says it's been delivered but you can't find it, first check to see if they've left a delivery photo, signature, location or note. Check with nearby neighbours and specified safe places.

We offer refunds, exchanges and store credit, subject to our T&Cs.

We provide return labels for 33 countries. If your country isn't listed in the above link, you will be provided with our return address to post the parcel back yourself and pay at your local parcel shop / post office.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process refunds, exchanges and store credit within 5 days from the date it arrives back at our UK warehouse.
Instant Exchanges
For countries that we provide labels for, you can opt for an instant exchange which allows you to enter your card details to secure a £1 hold and have your exchange processed instantly. We'll only charge your card if you don't return your item(s) within the return timeframe.
Shop onsite exchanges
We also allow you to shop onsite for your exchange via our return portal. You can exchange for anything and pay (or be refunded) the difference if your exchange is more or less expensive.
Cancel / edit your order
You can now cancel or edit your order within 15 minutes of placing it. This includes product changes, address changes, shipping upgrades and adding forgotten discount codes. For more info, read our article here.
Product issue
In the rare event that you receive your order with a missing, damaged or incorrect product, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can help. Please provide photos where relevant, so we can assist.
Pre-orders
We offer pre-orders for products we're due to launch, so you can make sure you reserve the perfect dress ahead of time. You can find all our pre-order items here.
If you add a pre-order item to cart, then when you check out, you'll go through our pre-order checkout experience. You'll receive a separate order confirmation email for any pre-order items you've purchased.
We accept all major card networks - Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Pay later options and gift cards are not available for pre-orders.

Rental service with ZOA
We have a selection of products available to rent here.
We recommend booking your rental to be delivered at least 2 days before your event date to make sure you’re happy with it.
Your order will be delivered on or before your selected delivery date. Rentals cannot be delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If you wish to change your order, please send the changes you'd like to make to the Zoa Rental team at customersupport@zoarental.com.
You'll be provided with a pre-paid label to return your rental item.
