EMBELLISHED
Behind The Seams
Every embellished piece is hand-finished, with beads and sequins placed individually to create designs that can't be replicated by machine. That craftsmanship is part of what makes each piece so special, and it's also why we've included guidance to help you look after it properly.
Caring For Embellished
Every embellished piece is finished by hand, with beads and sequins placed individually to catch the light and add that extra edge. Because each piece of detailing is delicately applied, it may loosen slightly with wear over time, that's part of the nature of embellishment, not a fault. We've included extra beads and sequins with your garment so any loose embellishment can be easily repaired at home.
Washing Embellished & Sequins
Some embellished styles may require dry cleaning rather than washing at home, so always check the care label inside your garment first to confirm the right method for your piece. Please read the wash instructions thoroughly before cleaning, as embellished pieces need a gentler approach than everyday garments.
We'd always recommend hand washing in cold water, avoiding rubbing or twisting directly over embellished areas, and laying flat to dry rather than hanging, as the weight of wet embellishment can pull on the fabric beneath it.
Avoid ironing directly over beads or sequins, as heat can melt or discolour them, instead, opt for steaming. If ironing is necessary elsewhere on the garment, protect embellished areas with a cloth.
