We're pleased to let you know that we have extended our returns policy to the below during the festive period which is effective from the 23rd November 2023.

UK: customers have 30 days to return their order for a refund or an exchange, extended to 45 days to return for store credit. This is from the date the order was placed.

UK returns for refunds are subject to a returns fee of £2.99* which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Where you have been offered FREE Click & Collect at checkout but have opted to pay for delivery, your delivery fee will not be refunded.

International: customers have 45 days to return their order for a refund or an exchange, extended to 60 days to return for store credit. This is from the date the order was placed. International return fees may vary and will be deducted from your return, unless you're using self-post. If opting for store credit / exchange, your return will be free of charge.

If you're returning part exchange, part refund then your return will only be free if your exchange item value outweighs your refund item value.

*High volume returns may be subject to a higher returns fee.

Please note the extended returns policy ends 15th January where our return timeframes will revert back to 21 days (UK) / 30 days (International) to receive a refund or an exchange and 30 days (UK) / 45 days (International) to receive store credit.
