Where you have been offered FREE Click & Collect at checkout but have opted to pay for delivery, your delivery fee will not be refunded.

UK customers have 21 days to return for an exchange or refund, extended to 28 days for store credit.

International customers have 30 days to return for an exchange or refund, extended to 45 days for store credit.
