Beautiful dress, just like the photos
I ordered this dress for a wedding. When it arrived, it had a couple of visible white threads showing on the seams. I emailed them and attached pictures as proof. I was told that this was a minor issue and that I could easily remove it, but that they would accept it as a return. They usually charge you for a return; however, they would wave the fee for me. At this point, I'm one week from the wedding. There was no effort to address my urgency or inconvenience. Poor quality control and customer service. You don't receive the quality that you are paying for.
