Great service! Delivery was on time and I had no issues with the online purchase. Customer service was excellent, even when there was a system error during the return process.
I received an alarming error message when returning the first dress (we bought two), saying the refund couldn’t be processed and there was no way to track the return through the Oh Polly website. The InPost tracking showed where the dress was, and when I contacted Oh Polly customer service, they replied quickly, reassured me throughout, kept me updated, and confirmed the refund once processed.
