How does Rental work?

For our exclusive rental collection we’ve partnered with Zoa, the UK's first integrated fashion rental specialists. This service is for UK customers only.
- Browse through our selection of occasionwear and Bo&Tee SKI. Click the option to "rent". This is under the add to bag button.
- Select your size and input your preferred rental period.
- Wait for your rental to arrive. You will receive emails from our partners, Zoa.
- Return the rental using the same packaging and pre-paid return slip.

We recommend booking your rental to be delivered at least 2 days before your event date. The only way to reserve an outfit is to book it through the website, so we advise that you place an order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
You can book 6 months in advance and for a maximum for 30 days.
ZOA does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays, so please bear this in mind when placing your order across holidays or busy dates.
If you wish to change your order - please send the changes you'd like to make to ZOA's team at email@example.com and they'll do their best to help.
Your order will be delivered on or before your selected delivery date. You will receive an email from ZOA when your parcel has been dispatched with tracking information. You can use the third-party delivery providers' website to track your item.

We often send items early if we can to give customers more time to try on their order.
You will not be charged any extra for the additional days you have the outfit and you can still return your rental on your chosen return date.
We're sorry to hear your rental is unsuitable.
Please return your item to the ZOA warehouse with the ribbon attached and pop them an email at email@example.com or through their contact form above. Their team will do our best to help.
All rentals will arrive with a ribbon attached - please only remove the ribbon if you have decided to wear it.
If you are unhappy with your order or are unable to wear it due to fit, please return the garment with the ribbon attached and get in touch with the team.
If the product still has the tags on, you are welcome to remove them.
Please don't worry if your rental period ends on a Sunday or bank holiday, simply return your order by midday on the next working day.
To return your rental, please follow the simple steps below:
- Put your rental into the packaging it was delivered in
- Stick the pre-paid label (received in your order) on the front
- Post the parcel at your local Post Office and keep hold of your proof of postage receipt. Please do not post directly into a standard Postbox.
- There is no need to fill out a form, the rental outfits are scanned back once received at the warehouse.
If your returns label is missing, please pop ZOA a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will send a replacement.
If the product you have rented does not have future bookings, we will send you an email asking if you'd like to purchase the product.
