You have 60 days to return your order if you’re a UK customer. £1.99 will be deducted from your refund total to cover return costs.

NON-UK RETURNS
You have 60 days to return your order if you’re an international customer, returning outside of the UK. Returns costs are paid when registering your return unless you’re using self-post.

From 17th November 2022, you now have 60 days to return your order. Any orders placed before this date will have 30 days (UK) or 40 days (International).
We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days from the date your parcel is delivered back to us.
You’re more than welcome to return a sale item for a refund within 30 days (UK) or 40 days (international).
This is providing it’s unworn, undamaged and in line with our Terms & Conditions
We don't offer exchanges, so any sale items returned will be refunded at sale price.
Additionally, we're unable to match the sale price on your next order if the price has changed.
Yes! Any pre-order items purchased on our website through Purple Dot can be returned as normal, in line with our standard T&Cs. Please use the relevant return link on this page.
We kindly ask that item(s) from different orders are registered online and returned separately, to ensure you receive your full correct refund.
