I’m usually a small/medium in tops depending on the stretch and a large in bottoms and I got a uk size 10. I have large thighs and bum and a smaller waist so dresses etc usually gap in the back but this fit perfectly! The material is thick and stretchy and holds my saggy boobs up and makes them look nice. I would say you can size one down also Ignore my dirty mirror😆
